Frukstereo Desencidre Sparkling Cider - 750ml

Désencidre is our very special unicorn bottle made from fruits, berries and vegetables. It’s a natural sparkling fruit and vegetable wine consisting mainly of apples, co-fermented with beetroots, grapes and wild elderberries. All fruits and vegetables co-fermented for 1 month in glass fiber tanks. The fruit is grown and harvested in Axelstorp; a traditional orchard in the northwest Skåne. Planted in the 1940s and today managed without pesticides or herbicides by Magnus Nilsson. Beet roots and wild elderberries from Nyplings farm in Gotland. 5.5% abv.
