Bichi Rosa

Rosé that comes from a 79-year-old vineyard in Baja and from a vineyard in the mountains of Tecate, Mexico. Made from Misión, Rosa del Perú, & other mystery varieties, it shows a coral color in the glass, smells like crisp red apple and crushed raspberries, with a funky yet structured, tart and tangy style.
