Carboniste Crab Bulles d'Orange Extra Brut Sparkling
This Pinot Grigio-based Sparkling Wine underwent native fermentation while on skins for 7 days to extract both flavor and color. It was then pressed and barrel aged for 1 year. This aging softened tannins and developed the luxurious texture.
The wine was blended with a little Rosé of Pinot Noir and Albariño, bottled and underwent a 2nd fermentation, then disgorged by hand, resulting in a juicy, rich, & layered sparkler.
