Guava Hibiscus Seltzer is fermented with our house cultures in oak wine barrels. We fermented a blend of raw cane sugars on Guava for several months and infused it with hibiscus flowers just before canning. Kegs and cans are naturally conditioned with Demerara sugar. 6.0% abv.
