Eleva Tenzone Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore

Raffaella Veroli and Davide Gaeta are the duo behind the Vini Eleva wines in Valpolicella, northern Italy. The farm has been certified organic since 2018, with Raffaella being the the technical soul behind production as well as its “naturalist”, with a maniacal focus of protecting the environment. The Tenzone Ripasso is a blend of the traditional Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, & Croatina that undergo a second fermentation when macerated with Amarone pomace. Lush and spicy, this is a cold weather wine that would be ideal with winter roasts.
