Furlani Amaro


The Amaro is a blend of Muller Thurgau wine as well as some distilled grape pomace (ie grappa), which is then infused with blood orange, rhubarb, wormwood, and gentian as well as various alpine herbs.

The distilling happens at a local, small-scale distillery in Trento, just down the road from Furlani. Matteo provides the wine base and pomace for the infusion to take place and it is blended and aged for at least 2 months before bottling each batch.
