The Vermouth Bianco is wine-based and is 100% Muller Thurgau, which is then infused with sweet and bitter orange, wormwood, sow thistle, rhubarb, chamomile, mint, and other alpine herbs at a local craft distillery in Trento.

The distilling happens at a local, small-scale distillery in Trento, just down the road from Furlani. Matteo provides the wine base and pomace for the infusion to take place and it is blended and aged for at least 2 months before bottling each batch.
