Herve Villemade Les Souchettes Menu Pineau

"Les Souchettes" is Hervé's first 100% Menu Pineau from estate fruit.

If you look at the bottom right of the label, you will notice a symbol of an amphora with a percentage inside of it. This is to indicate how much a wine was fermented and aged in amphora. In the case of "Les Souchettes" it's 100%. 

After a two month maceration, the wine fermented and aged in sandstone amphora with zero intervention for about nine months.
