Maloof Scrambled Sticks

This is a blend of 35% Ribolla Gialla, 30% Pinot Gris, 20% Tocai Friulano, 15% Chardonnay, all of which were fermented separately in clay amphorae & old barrels. The Ribollla Gialla & Tocai Friulano were direct pressed, but all the other grapes were fermented and aged on their skins, giving the wine a slightly amber color and beautiful tannic grip.
