Montille Le Clos du Chateau Bourgogne Blanc
From the village of Puligny-Montrachet, the vineyard is a “Clos”, or walled vineyard within the estate. As there are no neighbors and the vineyard is completely enclosed, it is the ideal site for farming biodynamically since outside chemicals and sprays will not inflitrate the vineyard. Fresh and minerally, this wine may change what many might think of as Chardonnay.
