Made by young up-and-coming female producer Christine Pieroth, who is developing quite a buzz in Germany, this rosé is a blend of Pinot Gris with a pinch of Pinot Noir. Notes of raspberry cordial mixing with grass, lime and a hint of light smoke. All very delicate, very elegant and unique.
