Tue-Boeuf Le Brin de Chevre Blanc Menu Pineau

The Brin de Chèvre ("goat's hay") is 100% Menu Pineau from two of Thierry Puzelat's organically farmed vineyards. Whole cluster pressed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in large oak tanks. Aged for about a year in used barrels. Ripe, dense pear and quince flavors, with sharp herbal flavors and bracing citrusy acidity.
