Vilmart Coeur de Cuvee 2011 Champagne

Old vines, organic, hand harvested, native yeast fermented, 10 months in use oak barrels, and 70 months in bottle on it’s fine lees before disgorgement.  Aromatic, fresh lemon, complex and generous mid-palate orchard fruits, brioche, meringue, slight saline, beautiful. 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims.
