Biodynamically farmed cuvée of Morillon (Chardonnay) and Sauvignon Blanc. Skin fermented for 2 weeks and aged on its fine lees in large oak casks for 2 years. Unfined. Unfiltered. Min SO2. A wonderful provocative food wine with great texture and notes of honey and apples.
