Stemming from their recent Fig Mtn Brew launch in Japan, Jaime and Kevin were inspired by the innovative minds of West Coast Brewing (WCB) of Shizuoka. So we teamed up with WCB and brewing legends Wild Fields to produce a super intricate rice lager, using cereal mashing techniques paired with the highest grade of short grain rice we could find. We paired this snappy clean crusher with beautiful matcha tea from Shizuoka for a delicate herbal note that hits the spot. Enjoy and Kanpai! 5.1% abv.
