A very unusual beer indeed, Pepper & Peaches starts as a West Coast style IPA - crisp, dry, and super-hoppy. Then we add pink peppercorns for a floral punch, and peaches for a bright fruity finish. Truly unique, and truly amazing. 6.7% abv.

Coppery blond, the finest aromas, and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created. The selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and taste. A re-fermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result in this complex and particular aromatic beer. 6.5% abv.

Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Cascade hops cut right into the smooth mouthfeel like a chainsaw, creating a well balanced juicy, hazy IPA with tropical notes. 8.2% abv.

Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character. The refermentation in the bottle and a long maturation, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste. 8.5% abv.

An old favorite! One of our favorite hop combos: Mosaic & Citra. Bursting with aromas of juicy tropical fruit & fresh tangerine, with a crisp residual bitterness. It also has our 2023 YCH Mosaic & Citra! This is a bright, pungent IPA that has punchy hops yet still retains good drinkability. Hello, LA finishes dry with not too much body or malt to get in the way of the hops. 6.8% abv.

Tiki-inspired Milkshake IPA brewed with pineapple, toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla bean. Hops: Amarillo, El Dorado, Vic Secret. Contains lactose. 7.1% abv.

This floral IPA is bursting with notes of citrus and ripe stone fruit balanced with mild pine. The hazy is similar to our BPLB Hazy offering a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. This beer is simply the DOPEST. 6.8% abv.

Grande Réserve was first launched in 1948 as a Christmas ale under the name “Blue Cap.” It’s success and reputation as a strong ale of the highest quality led to it’s year-round production as Chimay Grande Réserve. Today it is the standard bearer of the Chimay range and has become notorious for its amazing cellaring ability. The beer is remarkably dry for the style and the hint of sweetness is derived purely from the highest quality of malts. Flavors of dates, fig and pear are complimented by aromas of dark bread, with a touch of rose. 9.0% abv.

Introducing Good Signs, our brightest tribute to West Coast IPA! With hand-selected lots of Simcoe and Mosaic sourced directly from farmers in Yakima, Good Signs is glowing with notes of fresh citrus, peaches, and tropical fruit. This beer is a token of the good signs all around us, and the future gets brighter with every sip! 6.5% abv.

Our neighbor Frogtown Brewery is an independent craft brewery and taproom located in northeast Los Angeles along the L.A. River. Their refreshing Blonde Ale is a perfect Summer Ale for those tired of hoppy IPAs. 5.2% abv.

This has a soft and silky Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA with bold mango and guava flavors and aromas as well as lime Airheads, peach whip, mango lassi. Brewed with hand selected Mosaic & Citra (YCH and Hollingbery) along with Mosaic/Citra CRYO. It is velvety and soft with more abundant tropical notes. Hop Ice Cream! 8.0% abv.

Our new tropical Hazy IPA generously hopped with a variety of exciting modern hops providing aromatic notes of mango, peach, guava and coconut ice cream!

We used a base of Admiral Pils and Rahr 2-row, along with some Weyermann Pale Wheat to provide body, mouthfeel, and ice cream-like haze. Dry-hopped with a mix of some new hop favorites including Krush, HBC 1019, and HQG 4, plus cutting-edge hop products (Abstrax Citra Terpenes and YC Citra Hyperboost), and old favorites Citra and Citra CRYO. 7.0% abv.

L.A. Sun West Coast IPA captures the vibrant and bold sensation of basking in the California sunshine. A BRIGHT AND CLEAN taste that perfectly embodies the beloved dank character of the West Coast Style IPA. The use of Simcoe and Nectaron Hops makes this beer one of the hoppiest of this West Coast SUN series of beers. 6.8% abv.

This fall ale is brewed with real pumpkin and a hint of allspice. Its pours slightly orange in color with a light sweetness and spicy finish. This beer is all treat and no trick! 5.0% abv.

“Behemoth” is a term not to be used lightly, for it’s reserved for the things in life that truly are monstrous. So when we tell you that Power Plant TIPA is a behemoth of a beer, you can rest assured that we are not mincing words. The hop cocktail is designed to overwhelm your sense resulting in aromatics that challenge even the most refined of noses to distinguish a single note. Brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops. 11.1% abv.

Originally released as our 5th Anniversary Ale in 2011, we liked this beer so much that we had to make it a yearly release. Made with Falconer’s Flight hop blend, it packs plenty of citrus notes. Enjoy this seasonal treat. Too bad Winter only comes once a year. 8.0% abv.
