65% Tempranillo, 10% Monastrell, 5% Garnacha Tinta, 5% Chardonnay, 5% Verdejo, 5% Viura, 3% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Riesling

Fermented and aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, juicy primary fruit flavors. The Tempranillo is fermented separately, and the rest of the blend is co-fermented.

So they bought it and began living in an abandoned farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills. The domaine—whose name is Latin for "The Buzzing Song of Bees”—also contained 15 hectares of vineyards.
