Bavik Super Pils obtains its unique taste and aroma from its exceptional brewing process. Our pilsner has not been diluted, we only use aroma hops, guarantee a long and cold maturation process, and pasteurization is out of the question. Those four elements result in this unique pilsner. 5.2% abv.

This pilsner with style is all about subtlety and balance. Expect a delicate spice, a touch of honey, and rustic white bread on the nose. Flavors of bread crust and light malt meet the spice of traditional Czech Saaz hops and while the finish is crisp and bracingly bitter, everything is in balance. 4.4% abv.

Crisp, and super dry with subtle complexity that makes for the perfect pairing with food. While maintaining an incredibly drinkable body, this beer is a floral masterpiece. 5.0% abv.

Soft, delicate and clean with a distinct freshness reminiscent of fresh baked bread and dreamy floral hops. 4.9% abv.

A crisp, crushable lager. Easy drinking for a hot summer’s day. Clean lager fermentation profile from the Weihenstephan yeast strain and subtle hop profile from the German grown, Pfriem selected Tettnang Hops. Extra crispi-ness and fruity aroma and flavor from the addition of flaked rice. 5% abv

A blend of Eraclea Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts, with subtle hops. 4.6% abv.

Rice lager made with Niigata Prefecture's celebrated Koshi Hikari rice. Has fine and persistent carbonation, and a clean, crisp flavor from the super premium rice. Using the Decoction method, Echigo Brewery maximizes the flavor from the rice and malt. 5.0% abv.

A deceptively light-bodied and highly drinkable San Francisco-Style Black Lager. Drinks like iced coffee, but with a different effect. 5.3% abv.

A hop forward hoppy Pilsner that is a mashup of a German Pilsner and a West Coast IPA. This has a tropical west coast flavors of mango, riesling grapes, and passionfruit. Timbo has evolved over time with the change of some of the hop additions. The result is a fruitier IPA quality versus traditional Pilsner. 2024 GABF Gold medal winner! 5.8% abv.

Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors, Afuri Ramen. A classic American Pilsner with some wheat malt and Amarillo, dosed with Afuri's house yuzu juice in the kettle and post ferment. Balanced with wheat softness. Carries a big citrus character and some more complex bay and rosemary herbs in the background. 5.0% abv.

This beer features an heirloom grain variety named Hana that was originally used to brew the world's first Pilsner. Brought back from near extinction by British farmers, we source it from one of the only fields in the world where it can be found today, in Norfolk, England. Our Hana Pilsner is the rhythm section of our brewery and is produced year-round. It represents the core of our house approach and style. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of fresh wholegrain bread, nori, and dried spearmint, along with a long, fresh finish. 4.8% abv.

Toaster Pils is our decocted Czech-Style Pilsner. Originally brewed in Highland Park as Bob’s Brewer Beer. Toaster Pils has a rich bready malty flavor and smooth full body developed through the decoction process, in which we take portions of the mash and boil in the kettle, reintroducing it back to the mash at specific temperatures. This rich, yet drinkable malt base is supported by a generous dose of German grown Tettnanger hops from Bentele Farm to highlight mild spice, herbal and earthy aromas found in traditional Czech Pilsners. A complex and snappy Czech Pilsner with notes of toasted bread and traditional spicy hop aromas. This sessionable beer is for toasting with friends! Cheers! 4.5% abv.

This beer showcases Maris Otter, an heirloom barley bred in England in 1965, the same year The Beatles scored three #1 hits. Stars aligned that year, as Maris Otter became one of the most celebrated barley varieties of the past century. Today it makes up less than 0.1% of global brewing acreage, but it's incredibly flavorful and we love it. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Maris Otter lends a rich golden color and a dense creamy foam. Aromas of spicy peppermint, lemon preserves, and sweet alfalfa are anchored by a solid mid-palate and a long flinty mineral finish. 5.1% abv.
