Conegliano Prosecco Sommariva

100% Glera

Veneto > Italy

For several generations the Sommariva family has worked the vines on the high plains of the Veneto, growing a mix of French and local varietals

They also began cultivating the Prosecco grape once known as Prosecco and now known as Glera

This Prosecco is bright, crisp, brut and is the perfect candidate for making mimosas

Did somebody say BRUNCH?

J Lassalle Cachet D'Or Brut Reserve Champagne

equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Munier

Chigny-Les-Roses > Champagne > France

Grower Champagne

made from Premier Cru fruit

stellar female winemaker Angeline Templier

Hand harvested, native yeast fermentation, bottled on its fine lees for 3 years before disgorgement.

Bright white fleshy pear fruits, fennel, cirtusy acidity, dry, clean and crisp, a wonderful introduction to grower Champagne

Three generations of women preside over this Champagne house, in the village of Chigny-Les-Roses, comprised of 11 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards

The Cachet d'Or is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in equal parts, aged for 36 months on the lees before disgorgement

The wine has a giving, fruit-forward style and is an easy drinking and ultra-affordable alternative to the more ubiquitous brands that shall go unnamed.

Bisson Glera Vino Frizzante

100% Glera from the Prosecco region of Valdobiaddene in the Veneto.  This frizzante sports a crown cap and is made with less restrictive production methods required by the Prosecco DOC, therefore this wine does not have the Prosecco label, but consists of the same grape from the exact same region. Hand harvested, fermented in steel tanks, and clarified before bottling.  Green pears, saline, soft bubbles, bright, refreshing, dry, great as an aperitif or for celebratory toasts.

FUSO Flora Prosecco Col Di Luna

No-dosage and bone-dry. Tiny bubbles with reserved notes of apples and white flowers. As clean as it is lean.
