Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in enormous, decades-old chestnut barrels; we then ship this fermented cider to Vermont where we blend it with fruit we source from New England. This unusual blend of European and New England fruit creates a one-of-a-kind dry, complex cider without any additional flavorings or sweeteners. 5.5% abv

Extra dry Breton pure nature cider from the Cidrerie du Léguer, from the picturesque town of Lannion in the rugged north of Brittany. The apples are harvested there by hand. The juice of the cider apples is spontaneously fermented, without any additives. The Granit is an extra brut, or brut brut as Cédric says. Isastegi Sagardo Cider

Isastegi is an old family estate located in the town of Tolosa in the Basque Country of Spain, where cider has been produced since at least the 17th century. This Sidra is a blend of over a dozen native varietals fermented in huge old oak barrels called "kupelas", and bottled fresh and without filtration. 6% abv.
