Joseph Jibril Valdiguie Green Valley Vineyard

Vines planted in 1984 - Organically-farmed.

Three separate ferments: carbonic, whole cluster, and de-stemmed.

Carbonic was wrapped up for a 7-day carbonic ferment.

The whole cluster was foot-trod before fermenting.

The de-stemmed started with a two day cold soak before moving into the sun for kicking off native fermentation.

Blended together in barrel, aged in neutral 228 L french oak barrels and one 500 L puncheon.

Lalela Chillable Red

Lalela in Zulu simply means “Come Listen” and is a project from South African winemaking power couple Wade Sander and Natasha Williams.  58% Grenache & 42% Cinsault aged for 10 months in French Oak 228L barrels.

Maurer Crazy Lud Red

Juicy and bold, this cherry-loaded red from Maurer Oszkar spends two weeks in open vats, then eight months in oak for added structure and body. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufrankish, & Kadarka - this is a great lighter style of red wine served best with a slight chill.

Fermented and aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, juicy primary fruit flavors. The Tempranillo is fermented separately, and the rest of the blend is co-fermented.
