Chimay Grande Reserve Blue Label - 330ml

Grande Réserve was first launched in 1948 as a Christmas ale under the name “Blue Cap.” It’s success and reputation as a strong ale of the highest quality led to it’s year-round production as Chimay Grande Réserve. Today it is the standard bearer of the Chimay range and has become notorious for its amazing cellaring ability. The beer is remarkably dry for the style and the hint of sweetness is derived purely from the highest quality of malts. Flavors of dates, fig and pear are complimented by aromas of dark bread, with a touch of rose. 9.0% abv.

Gulden Draak Classic Red Triple Ale - 750ml

A dark brown Triple Ale, which makes it an exception among the Belgian Triples. Gulden Draak is re-fermented in the bottle, and in the keg, making it a real “Living Beer”. The second fermentation offers the nice creamy head and the full body of the centuries old brewers yeast. It balances a natural malt toffee-like sweetness with mellow hoppy accents. 10.5% abv.

Duchesse Red Cherry Sour Ale - 12oz can

Brewed only with real Belgian cherries (no flavor enhancers or cherry extracts). The fruit comes from the region of Sint-Truiden in Limburg, Belgium.

Unlike the more famous Kriek beers, the basic beer of the "Duchesse Cherry" is not a Lambic. but a Flanders Red Ale of mixed fermentation. This beer has a top fermented base and is then matured in oak casks where it undergoes a second wild fermentation.

Once the base beer is ready, the master brewer adds 20 Kg of "Kriek Gorsem" (Belgian sour cherries) per 100 liters to the beer. For 6 months, the beer macerates with the cherries. The cherries give a fresh and fruity taste to the beer which has a sweet and sour base. 7.0% abv.
