Two Broads Ciderworks Bridge Block Dry Cider - 500ml

This is our first harvest from the orchard we now lease from the Land Conservancy. It was a mild year in 2023 and we irrigated once during a heatwave, because we like that lovely dry farmed flavor. We continue to let the native yeast ferment this cider because we wished to express the full character of the orchard. The result is a bright, lemony, medium bodied cider, with light barrel character on the finish. 7.2% abv.
