This wine is aptly named Pinot Party because it features all the colors of the Pinot rainbow: Blanc, Gris and Noir
each grape macerated separately for about two weeks, then aged them for about six months before blending.
Even though this is mostly Pinot Blanc, it’s a more structured wine with some weight to it
