Fermented on the skins for 5 days, then spends 9 months in Acacia casks of 1500 and 2000 liters. Notes of green apple, papaya, pineapple, white flowers, peppermint and flint dominate this rich, extracted and exotic delight. A salty minerality leads to a lingering finish.
