Holus Bolus Syrah Presqu'Ile Vyd

Planted on an extremely sandy ridge of the Presque'lle Vineyard in the Santa Maria AVA. This is a bright, spicy, dark fruit, layered Syrah fermented with native yeasts. The wine is then aged in a combination of 2 and 3 year-old French oak barrels for 14 months before bottling. No fining/filtering.
