This year's ginger was a bit milder than previous years and the turmeric was incredibly floral and flavorful, resulting in a beer that's more turmeric-forward than previous batches. It's intoxicatingly aromatic, and the pineapple juice we use to naturally condition it pulls it in a tropical direction. 7.2% abv.
