Lassaigne MAGNUM Le Cotet Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne - 1.5 Liter

A small production grower champagne implementing a solera system consisting of various vintages of exclusively Chardonnay dating back to 2002, from Montgeux.  This procedure captures the evolution of the Le Cotet plot, with intense acidity and purity of yellow fruits, but with the added complexity and richness of older vintages blended in.  Honey, lemon, chalky minerality, a unique expression of Champagne exclusive to the Lassaigne estate.
