Ancho Reyes Chile Ancho Liqueur

Chiles are sun-dried for between 15 to 20 days where they develop a rich, smoky, fiery flavor. They are then macerated in small vats of neutral cane spirit. The result is a pleasantly sweet, tamarind/plum flavored liquor with a little bit of heat. Beautifully unique.
