this is this wine VERY FIRST TIME BEING OFFERED IN AMERICA
the wine is energizing and decadent and made in such a small quantity, that all the grapes fit in the bed of a small pickup truck when harvested.
the grapes were hand-picked, foot stomped, and then allowed to ferment in glorious hand-sculpted amphora earthenware ( wheel-thrown clay + terra cotta )
just before the amphora was sealed 1kg of freshly ground chestnut flowers were added.
