Kilchoman Machir Bay Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Kilchoman is family owned to the core. Daddy and two brothers run the day-to-day operations. They even grow some of their own malt on the small island the distillery is located on. They got their start in 2005 and they are killin' it. It's really smoky, kind of spicy, and so tantalizing.
