100% Valdiguié from Shell Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles. Fermented using carbonic maceration—leaving the whole clusters undisturbed for a full 10 days—resulting in a bright, light, and juicy wine, best enjoyed with a slight chill. Notes of fresh strawberries, crunchy rhubard, cinnamon, & watermelon jolly rancher.
