Exclusively composed of the Ribolla Gialla grape; indigineous to Friuli on the Slovenian border of Italy. Fermented in Georgian amphorae buried underground, long maceration with wild yeasts and no temperature control. After fermentation, the wine rests again in amphorae for five more months and then is aged in large oak barrels for an additional six years, bottled without fining or filtering. This is the 2015 vintage, a serious benchmark wine of the region. Robust, tannic, dense rich yellow orchard fruits, dried apricot, walnut oil, full bodied, decant and serve at room temperature. Zero sulfur.

Planted by Otty Hayne during a visit home from college in 1953. Dry-farmed, organic, black plum, cocoa, earth, and black cherry all wrapped into a balanced, expressive wine.

100% Petit Meunier from “Les Vignes Goisses” lieu-dit in Verzy, the Grand Cru village of Montagne de Reims. Wine rested on lees for a minimum of 36 months. Zero dosage for this fruity and intense Champagne Blanc de Meunier.

The Pipparello Vineyard bottling is predominantly Sangiovese, with Sagrantino & Montepulciano rounding out the spicy notes. It spends 2 years aging in huge casks, and the balance of savory and fruity flavors are impossible for language to capture. You might spend hours with your nose in the glass.
