The Fenouillet Muscat de Beaumes de Venise is a marvel: complex nose of ripe fruits (peaches and citrus) and flowers, ample and harmonious mouthfeel and a long, fresh finish. The fermentation  is stopped at the point where the alcohol – sugar balance is as desired.

This curiously invigorating cola is inspired by traditional colas from yesteryear and made using infusions of the finest herbal ingredients including sweet cinnamon.

Our iconic Rose Lemonade is made with pure Otto rose oil from the world-famous Rose Valley in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. This rose oil is one of the most valuable essential oils on earth and used in some of the finest perfumes on the market. We blend a small amount of this oil with lemon juice to add an unrivalled depth of flavour.

Organically farmed Sangiovese Grosso from vines planted in 1985. Aged 36 months in 20-30hL Slavonian oak botti. Classic nose of incense, sage, and dried roses, with gentle, fine-grained tannins.

Very mineral-driven nose with a certain smokiness from the limestone soil. It has a distinguished touch of pears & fennel, with creamy texture leading to a dry, refreshing finish.

86% Baga, 14% Bical from the chalky clay soils of Bairrada, Portugal. Primary fermentation in tank with wild yeast - secondary fermentation in bottle with 9 months sur-lie aging. No dosage at bottling. Fresh, vibrant, delicious bubbly.

Filipa Pato: winegrower in Bairrada. A graduate of the University of Coimbra as a chemical engineer, she refined her skills working harvests in Bordeaux, Mendoza, Margaret River, and right at home in Bairrada with her father, Luis Pato, the Baga Rebel. (In 2020 Filipa was elected Winemaker of the Year in Portugal by the Revista de Vinhos, the first Portugese woman to earn the title in 30 years.)

Producer Pablo Peñalba López began producing wines that moved away from the former practice of selling bulk wines to the local co-op. Pablo brought to light what this area was truly capable of, his son took the helm in the 2000's and returned to hand-harvesting, native-yeast fermentation, & biodynamic farming. Light tannin, medium body, easy drinking.
