100% Pinot Grigio from the Slovenian side of eastern Friuli, an ancient region famous for its Ramato (copper) skin contact wines. Organically farmed, native yeast fermented, 15 days of skin contact, 24 months in neutral french oak. The pink/grey skins of Pinot Grigio give this wine a reddish hue, along with savory minerality, herbs, lanolin, persimmon, and medium acidity. A dry, non-funky orange wine of complexity and contemplation.
