GD Vajra Barolo Albe

The high-elevation vineyards for Barolo Albe are usually picked in the second half of Nebbiolo harvest. Vinification is carried out in custom-designed vertical tanks, with gentle punch down and rinsing of the cap. Maceration lasts 25 days on average. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel the following spring, and the wine is aged between 30 and 36 months in large old Slavonian oak casks.
