Val de Mer Brut Nature Rosé
Bone dry rosé bubbly made from 100% Pinot Noir from the town of Tonnerre, located 10 miles from Chablis. After a short maceration on the skins for color, the juice is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before undergoing secondary fermentation. The wine is aged for 9 months on the lees before it is disgorged. No dosage is added. The resulting wine is super dry, zesty, and mineralic.
