Made in the traditional “Ripasso” technique, where the wine is used to referment Amarone pomace to increase the alcohol content and make the wine richer in colour, extracts and aromas. Ruby red color with fresh, floral aromas and characterized by notes of berries. In the mouth it is harmonious and dry. It is recommended to uncork the bottle at least an hour before drinking and to serve it at a temperature of 18°C.
