Organic, light-bodied blend of 29% Zinfandel, 24% Grenache, 20% Valdiguié, 19% Carignan, & 8% Counoise from Mendocino & Solano Counties. Flavors of black plum, earth, dark cherry and violets.

A bright, cheerful blend of Chenin Blanc, & Albarino from 2 organic vineyards up north. A bit spritzy, with melon, lychee, & grapefruit notes.

100% Chardonnay aged in new & old barrels for 12 to 24 months and held in bottle for 1 to 5 years until it is disgorged, corked & released. Pale straw in the glass with lovely mineral, dried fruit and citrus zest aromatics that reflect the purest expression of the Montgueux terroir.

Manton Blend is made from a blend of apples grown in Manton, California - a small town west of Lassen Volcanic National Park. The blend of apples is very diverse, though about 50% of the juice came from Golden Russet apples. Fermented naturally with native yeast, dry, rustic old world style cider. 9.0% abv

The legendary Newtown Pippin has a long, illustrious history in our country. It was discovered growing as a seedling in Queens in New York City in the mid 1700s and is one of the oldest cultivars in the U.S.Its rich aromatic flavor results in a complex and flavorful cider. This cider is wild fermented to complete dryness in neutral red wine barrels. Our cider is bottle conditioned, with a small amount of fresh juice added back during bottling for natural carbonation. As a result, a small amount of yeast sediment may be present in the bottom of the bottle. 8.4% abv

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot. Biodynamically farmed & hard harvested, the wine is bold & rich with supple tannins & hints of violet.

100% Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage in the Northern Rhone Valley, fermented & aged in concrete vats & aged 8-10 months in egg-shaped cement vessels. Bright raspberry-scented fruit with black pepper notes. Medium bodied with bright acidity.
