Best Day's West Coast IPA is a tribute to our backyard and its rich history of making damn good beers. It starts with the classic Cascade Hop aromas of Citrus and Pine and a bite on the front end. Middle hopping flavors balance with the malt to leave a nice hint of a lingering hop finish.

A crisp, crushable lager. Easy drinking for a hot summer’s day. Clean lager fermentation profile from the Weihenstephan yeast strain and subtle hop profile from the German grown, Pfriem selected Tettnang Hops. Extra crispi-ness and fruity aroma and flavor from the addition of flaked rice. 5% abv

Grande Réserve was first launched in 1948 as a Christmas ale under the name “Blue Cap.” It’s success and reputation as a strong ale of the highest quality led to it’s year-round production as Chimay Grande Réserve. Today it is the standard bearer of the Chimay range and has become notorious for its amazing cellaring ability. The beer is remarkably dry for the style and the hint of sweetness is derived purely from the highest quality of malts. Flavors of dates, fig and pear are complimented by aromas of dark bread, with a touch of rose. 9.0% abv.

Our neighbor Frogtown Brewery is an independent craft brewery and taproom located in northeast Los Angeles along the L.A. River. Their refreshing Blonde Ale is a perfect Summer Ale for those tired of hoppy IPAs. 5.2% abv.

Rice lager made with Niigata Prefecture's celebrated Koshi Hikari rice. Has fine and persistent carbonation, and a clean, crisp flavor from the super premium rice. Using the Decoction method, Echigo Brewery maximizes the flavor from the rice and malt. 5.0% abv.

This has a soft and silky Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA with bold mango and guava flavors and aromas as well as lime Airheads, peach whip, mango lassi. Brewed with hand selected Mosaic & Citra (YCH and Hollingbery) along with Mosaic/Citra CRYO. It is velvety and soft with more abundant tropical notes. Hop Ice Cream! 8.0% abv.

Our most coveted beer, La Lupulosa has large amounts of American hops that give it intensely fruity and citrusy aromas and flavors. 7.0% abv.

Best Day's Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

Sour ale aged in oak with raspberries & blueberries. 4.0% abv

This beer is all about the hops! Citrus, mango and pineapple aromas abound, but make no mistake, there is no fruit here, just a serious dry-hop regimen of Citra and Amarillo hops. We put in just enough malt backing to balance out the flavor, but Citra Double IPA is as close as it gets to chewing on a hop vine. Enjoy this one fresh! 8.5% abv.

This beer features an heirloom grain variety named Hana that was originally used to brew the world's first Pilsner. Brought back from near extinction by British farmers, we source it from one of the only fields in the world where it can be found today, in Norfolk, England. Our Hana Pilsner is the rhythm section of our brewery and is produced year-round. It represents the core of our house approach and style. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of fresh wholegrain bread, nori, and dried spearmint, along with a long, fresh finish. 4.8% abv.

This is our take of the renowned Bohemian-style pale lager that you might find in Bavaria or the Czech Republic. Ours is a little more golden, rounder, and a little more malt driven than many other versions. The beer possesses strong hop character that is balanced by its rich, round, malty palate. Refreshing and balanced, this beer is a favorite of our winery friends during harvest. 5.0% abv

Yep! Wowee indeed… this is our Hazy IPA with tropical fruit notes of passion fruit with gooseberry ice cream and white wine grape aromatics. At 7.3% ABV, and it was dry hopped with ALL Freestyle Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. This beer highlights what we find to be the best components of Nelson Sauvin; the thiol, Riesling/white wine grape aromatics, and bright tropical fruit notes. 7.3% abv

A dark brown Triple Ale, which makes it an exception among the Belgian Triples. Gulden Draak is re-fermented in the bottle, and in the keg, making it a real “Living Beer”. The second fermentation offers the nice creamy head and the full body of the centuries old brewers yeast. It balances a natural malt toffee-like sweetness with mellow hoppy accents. 10.5% abv.
