Best Day's Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

This beer is all about the hops! Citrus, mango and pineapple aromas abound, but make no mistake, there is no fruit here, just a serious dry-hop regimen of Citra and Amarillo hops. We put in just enough malt backing to balance out the flavor, but Citra Double IPA is as close as it gets to chewing on a hop vine. Enjoy this one fresh! 8.5% abv.

Back in the mix! This is a slightly weightier pilsner with a firm hop presence and snappy bitterness while still very crispy. This is an Italian Style Pilsner. Italian pilsners are dry, squeaky clean, and these are usually dry hopped with Noble hops (classic European varieties like Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, etc.) Ours is not dry hopped but instead receives a hefty whirlpool dosing of “Noble hop”-esque varieties. Zuper Saazer from Michigan and German grown Hallertau Saphir. Still has that essence with snap and crisp. 5.3% abv.

Sour ale aged in oak with raspberries & blueberries. 4.0% abv

This beer features an heirloom grain variety named Hana that was originally used to brew the world's first Pilsner. Brought back from near extinction by British farmers, we source it from one of the only fields in the world where it can be found today, in Norfolk, England. Our Hana Pilsner is the rhythm section of our brewery and is produced year-round. It represents the core of our house approach and style. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of fresh wholegrain bread, nori, and dried spearmint, along with a long, fresh finish. 4.8% abv.

So when we tell you that Power Plant TIPA is a behemoth of a beer, you can rest assured that we are not mincing words. The hop cocktail is designed to overwhelm your sense resulting in aromatics that challenge even the most refined of noses to distinguish a single note. Brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops. 11.1% abv.

USA > California > Los Angeles. Pappy is Highland Park Brewery's flagship West Coast IPA — bitter, dry, piney, and resinous with grapefruit and citrus peel on top. A classic LA West Coaster in a 16oz can.

This is our take of the renowned Bohemian-style pale lager that you might find in Bavaria or the Czech Republic. Ours is a little more golden, rounder, and a little more malt driven than many other versions. The beer possesses strong hop character that is balanced by its rich, round, malty palate. Refreshing and balanced, this beer is a favorite of our winery friends during harvest. 5.0% abv

USA > California > Anaheim. A double dry-hopped Quad IPA from Radiant: big tropical fruit, citrus, soft bitterness, dangerously smooth for the ABV. 16oz single.

Originally released as our 5th Anniversary Ale in 2011, we liked this beer so much that we had to make it a yearly release. Made with Falconer’s Flight hop blend, it packs plenty of citrus notes. Enjoy this seasonal treat. Too bad Winter only comes once a year. 8.0% abv.

This fall ale is brewed with real pumpkin and a hint of allspice. Its pours slightly orange in color with a light sweetness and spicy finish. This beer is all treat and no trick! 5.0% abv.

A Premium organic lager. A timeless beer brewed with the choicest organic floral hops for a clean profile, and some crystal malts for a crisp, subtle-sweet finish. Like its European forefathers, our lager is light, crisp and delightfully refreshing. 4.5% abv.

Our Pilsner is significantly more heavily hopped and at the same time leaner than many other representatives of this style. As with all our beers, we use only select Bavarian aroma hops. And you can taste and smell it, too. Despite the 45 bitterness units, our Pilsner never comes across as harsh or lingeringly bitter, but rather remains harmonious and finishes with a delicate, lingering bitterness. A perfect aperitif that truly whets the appetite. 5.0% abv.
