Mosse Les Bonnes Blanches Anjou Blanc MAGNUM

100% Chenin Blanc. Les Bonnes Blanches is a sector of vines widely considered to be the top terroir in Anjou. Intentionally harvested early to produce a dry white, the soils are composed of shallow decomposing schist and quartz on schist rock, so the roots of the vineyard's 40 year old vines can get exceptionally deep, providing an unparalleled amount of minerality in the wine. Slow pressed grapes are fermented and aged in old Burgundian barrels.
