Widely considered the world's greatest Rosé, the Domaine Tempier is comprised of 55% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, & 20% Cinsault fermented & aged 50% in stainless steel tank and 50% in concrete tank for 7 months. Velvet texture, ripe stone fruit, & a backbone of minerality.

The essence of Santa Cruz. Strawberry, cranberry, and spice over dark cherry. Rich palate with a savory finish. Enjoy a glass in front of the fire with a good book. 

Medium bodied with dark cherry, black berry and cacao.

100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards within the Willamette Valley. The majority of the blend is from Finnigan Hill Vineyard - a higher elevation site in the Chehalem Mountains AVA. Other vineyard sources include Cassin Vineyards in McMinnville AVA, Nemarniki Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, and the biodynamically farmed Johan Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA.

Fermented with native yeasts and matured in neutral French oak for 8-months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

Pure, deep Paso Robles Cab, fermented in concrete tanks. Black cherry, blackberry, pepper, tobacco, dry.

"Native New Yorkers, Dick and Deirdre Shea first discovered Oregon wine from a recommendation made in their local wine shop in the late 1980’s. They were instantly wowed and captivated by the quality of wine from this young winegrowing region. Soon after, they made the decision to invest in a 100-acre piece of vineyard land in an untried area of the northern Willamette Valley, in what is now the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Their ambition was to grow grapes for some of the best winemakers in Oregon and beyond. More than 30 years later, that continues to be their greatest passion."
