A sparkling Cremant from Burgundy made of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligote.  Aged on its lees for 16-18 months before disgorgement, showing fresh acidity and saline, and a round mid palate of yellow orchard fruits, savory croissants, clean.  A fun alternative to traditional Champagne.
