This is a West Coast Pils with Perle mash hop, Admiral Pils and YCH 303 hops(Simcoe Cryo/Mosaic Cryo/Citra Cryo/Phantasm) All of these ingredients have tons of thiol precursors that yeast will react with during fermentation. NZ Cascade and Nelson Sauvin dry hop. 5.8% abv.
