J Lassalle Rosé Brut

Grower Champagne made from Premier Cru fruit, a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Munier from stellar female winemaker Angeline Templier in Chigny-Les-Roses.  Hand harvested, native yeast fermentation, 42 months in bottle on its fine lees before disgorgement, full malolactic fermentation.  Pale pink in color, delicate, red licorice, strawberry, saline, mineral backbone, refined.
