made from re-fermented grape pomace from direct-pressed white wines for 3-7 days
blended it with 30% finished wine, including Riesling and Verdejo
Infused with Japanese and California yuzu peel from YUZUCO
Lite Werk Yuzu has an alcohol content of 7%
Bright pop of citrus with herbal notes of basil, mint and rosemary.
