Cellador Orange Sunshine - 500ml

This new vintage of Orange Sunshine spans three years. The fruit was harvested in 2023, we blended the beer and bottled it in 2024 and it's finally ready for release in 2025. Our beers truly are a labor of love! We brought in whole cluster Riesling grapes from Kick On Ranch, put them through five days of carbonic maceration, crushed and then let them ferment on the skins for 14 days. After that, we took the free run and aged it in neutral barrels for several months before blending it with our beers at roughly 40% wine, 60% beer. That blend then continued aging in barrels until it tasted perfect, around early September, when it was then bottled. 9.4% abv.
