Cellador Orange Sunshine

To make this beer, we first crushed Albariño grapes and then let them ferment with the skins in open-top barrels, using whatever wild yeasts were on the grapes (or in the air at the brewery). That orange wine was pressed off of the pomace and blended with a lambic-inspired base beer to continue aging in the barrel for several months before bottling. 9% abv.
