Untitled Art Hot Honey Mango Sour Ale

Turn up the heat with a fiery twist on a fruit-forward sour. Ripe mango bursts through a tart, tangy base, balanced by a smooth drizzle of clover honey and a slow-building chili heat that lingers like a sunset. It’s the perfect balance of sweet sting and tropical zing—flirtatiously wild and refreshingly untamed. 6.0% abv

Otherwise Cali Crisp Gluten-Free Rice Lager

Nothing hits the spot quite like a classic pale lager! And brewing it with malted rice and millet lets us put a unique, tasty spin on the original that's naturally gluten free!

Malted rice gives this beer a crisp, clean sharpness and a refreshingly dry finish, with subtle notes of toasted rice and honey. We add a touch of millet to boost the maltiness and give the beer a classic pilsner mouthfeel.

A restrained dose of Lórien (American-grown noble hops) rounds out the flavor, creating an easy-drinking beer that’s great on its own or when paired with food. 5.0% abv

Otherwise Western Addition Gluten-Free WC Pale Ale

Western Addition: named both for our love of the West Coast style and San Francisco, this pale ale is meant to be crushed alongside good times. Think of Western Addition as your buddy, accompanying you to the park, the beach, a lunch break, a tailgate party, or a city stroll.

We used classic West Coast hops in this one to create a sharp, satisfying bitterness that doesn’t linger, with a mix of pomelo-like fruitiness and dankness complementing the natural malt flavors of the beer.

The result is a crowd-pleasing pale ale, packed with flavor.

In designing this recipe, our head brewer Aaron wanted to create a “brewer’s beer”: the kind of drink a brewer would turn to at the end of a long day. It’s a beer that emphasizes flavor over alcohol, that works alone or with food, and that celebrates hop flavor without venturing into “palate wrecker” territory.

We also decided to give this beer a translucent sheen rather than the bright clarity that is more traditional in a West Coast pale ale. We felt that the way it reflects the light is representative of the way it drinks in the glass: soft and comforting, like the company of a good friend. 5.0% abv

Duchesse Red Cherry Sour Ale - 12oz can

Brewed only with real Belgian cherries (no flavor enhancers or cherry extracts). The fruit comes from the region of Sint-Truiden in Limburg, Belgium.

Unlike the more famous Kriek beers, the basic beer of the "Duchesse Cherry" is not a Lambic. but a Flanders Red Ale of mixed fermentation. This beer has a top fermented base and is then matured in oak casks where it undergoes a second wild fermentation.

Once the base beer is ready, the master brewer adds 20 Kg of "Kriek Gorsem" (Belgian sour cherries) per 100 liters to the beer. For 6 months, the beer macerates with the cherries. The cherries give a fresh and fruity taste to the beer which has a sweet and sour base. 7.0% abv.
